I teach life-balancing therapies for balance and endurance to live a full life.
Hi, I am Sharon Friedman. For nearly two decades, I have been developing my knowledge of anatomy and physiology through massage and yoga to people achieve greater strength, independence, and balance to age wisely. I utilize all aspects of yoga to help my students find their path to healing. Together with my clients, we find what works in their bodies, lifestyles, and belief systems.
What do I do?
I teach a life-balancing therapies for balance, and endurance to live a full life.
When you choose to work with me and Life Balancing Therapies, you have the choice to work with me in private sessions or take a class in a small group setting where you get individual attention at a more affordable price.
Why I do what I do?
I love what I do because working with people who are willing to do the work and learn how to identify who they are and how to help themselves find peace and good health is so rewarding. When a client tells me that they understand what it takes to stay healthy, my job is done.
My philosophy is “Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime.”
